How Fees Are Charged

The commission fees will be charged as per the following :

  • a) Let only services, 6% will be charged upfront at the start of the tenancy for the whole term of the tenancy.
  • b) Let and Rent Collection Service, 8% will be charged upfront at the start of the tenancy for the whole term of the tenancy
  • c) Full Management Service, 10% will be charged upfront for the whole term of the tenancy

We are members of Property Redress Scheme for Sales and Lettings and subscribe to PRS Codes of Practice.
This is a government approved independent redress scheme.
